Hope you're enjoying the new website. 2024 is going to be a good year for music fans and Ego Trip Records. I personally started Ego Trip Records to support Bands, Labels, and Small Business. I have always tried my best to buy directly from them before any wholesale or Wal-Zon. Ego Trip Records has always been about the collector first and profit later. Ego Trip prides itself in helping collectors find the music memorabilia people are looking for, even if it's not purchased through Ego Trip Records.
This year, with the help of Record Music Shop's guidance, I have started to schedule our Charity Autograph Series. As a proud Maryland business, I would like to give back to the community. I have worked with a number of Maryland charities in the past. Some are music related and some were not. I have chosen to donate the proceeds from the GHH (Guinto's Helping Hands Foundation). I have personally participated in multiple events supporting children and the Baltimore community with toys, food, and learning materials. GHH frequently hosts toy bingo at the Ronald McDonald House in Baltimore, Toy Deliveries to the children at Kennedy Krieger Institute, and Feed The Homeless events all over Baltimore and surrounding areas. After a near death experience with son and a 16 day stay at John Hopkins Children's Hospital, I reflected back to the good that Felix Guinto at GHH does. Not only bringing toys to the children, but also activities for the parents who are living in the hospitals. It was hard to realize the impact that has on a family in that situation. A Simple teddy bear or boardgames go such a long way.
